The City of Long Beach is required to conduct a water quality monitoring program for stormwater and dry weather discharges through the City's separate storm sewer system. The purpose of this report is to submit the results of the City's stormwater monitoring program for the years 2001-2002. Kinnetic Laboratories, Inc. conducted this monitoring program as Prime Contractor to the City. Analytical laboratory services were provided by ToxScan, Inc. supplemented by other participating laboratories as necessary.
